About the building

Sofia Palace offers an excellent opportunity for organisations, embassies, luxury offices, private schools in a prime location in downtown, near to Andrássy road. The building was originally built in 1876 and last refurbished in 1999 and in 2007. Since then, the property was used for public institution.

This ground plus 2-storey building with inner courtyard, that offers 14 parking places, has high standard inner covering: the corridors are covered with marble, the stucco ornamented office areas are covered with parquet, the functional offices are fitted with carpet, the conference room is decorated with richly ornamented wood panels. Inside the building two staircases and one elevator can be found.
